Mr. Hong has amassed over 30 years of diversified corporate finance experience, largely serving within senior management roles.

Mr Hong’s previous experience includes:

• EVP of Global Marketing & Investor Relations at WWG, a private equity firm based in Seoul.

• Managing Director MD at Hyundai Investment Networks, an in-house investment banking arm of Hyundai Group(2014-2016).

• Managing Director of Global Business Development at Tongyong Securities.

• Founding Member of Straits Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund in Singapore.

• Head of Investor Relations at LG Philips LCD.

• Principal at a venture capital firm formed by Trigem Computer and Softbank.

• Capital Markets Groups of Korea Exchange Bank and Hana Bank, with a focus in infrastructure finance.

• Bachelor of Science – Economics, University of Wisconsin.

Mr.Kwag has worked over about 20 years in the finance industry. During his career, he had worked for algorithms trading and quantitative analysis, developing some algorithmic strategies in Korea.
